Thrayline-59bc24100x10405a line light source is designed by array optimization with high performance UV leds. Compared with traditional mercury lamps, it has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output and fast switching. Can meet, electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating and other industries use demand. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 The energy is high and the output is stable. Under normal working distance (10mm-30mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured. At 30MM height, the radiation energy can reach 4769mW/cm2(405nm, EIT energy meter) .

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.

4 In addition to the THRAYPOT1C 300-1A controller which can control the equipment switch independently, various control methods can be developed according to the different needs of customers to make the equipment more convenient to use. Such as direct control by the client, or additional control methods such as: foot switch, photoelectric switch and so on.
