R07S6XF400X10 LINEAR light source adopts high performance UV LED and is optimized by array design. Compared with traditional mercury lamp, it has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output and fast switch. Can meet, electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating, packaging and other industries use demand. Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (0mm-50mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured. At 20mm height, the radiation energy can reach 1191mW/cm (365nm, EIT energy meter, Q00) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 1071mW/cm when using the same shift lamp bead in mass production due to the process error and other factors.

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.

4 Various control methods, in addition to our THRAYRAD1C 600 controller (button version) independent control device switch, but also according to the different needs of customers to make different plans to more convenient use of the device.
