R10S0XQ200X10 LINEAR light source adopts high performance UV LED and is optimized by array design. Compared with traditional mercury lamp, it has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. Can meet, electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating, packaging and other industries use demand. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (5mm-50mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the product to be cured. When the product is used at 5mm height, the radiation energy can reach 7018mW/cm (405nm, EIT energy meter, Q21) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 6316mW/cm when using the same shift lamp bead in mass production due to the process error and other factors.

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.

4 Various control methods, in addition to our Thraypot1c-300-1a (button version) controller independent control device switch, but also according to different needs of customers to develop different programs to more convenient use of the device. Such as direct control by the client, or additional control methods such as: foot switch, photoelectric switch and so on.
